I'm plugging a website the Midwest Democracy Center set up a few years ago at www.IrishVoting.org that promotes a move to the Irish system where voters get a first choice and a second choice. They also use districts that elect 3 to 5 people instead of just 1 so the politicians elected from an area are diverse and represent the majority as well as the minority. Our government would be better if we used the Irish system.
