pretty cool. hb 1100 just sailed out of the House unanimously. This is still a solid bill and things could not look better for the senate. This agreed bill dynamic is part of the culture here. Legislators expect advocates to fight it out and negotiate hard and after enough time, they will ratify the agreement. The hard part is getting to the table.
