If you're looking for company to watch the Republican convention in Chicago, the Young Chicago Lakefront (a 44th ward Democratic Organization offshoot, of which I'm a board member, check it out at www.youngchicagolakefront.org) is holding a party from 6:30 to 8:30 at Duffy's, which is 420 West Diversey. Come on by.
